




Position Summary: Foreign trade and customs coordinator, responsible for regulatory compliance, document management, audits, and process optimization in import/export. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in import/export and customs management. 2. Leads communication with customs agents and carriers. 3. Participates in optimizing operational and customs-related costs. * Ensure compliance with governmental regulations regarding import/export and transportation operations. * Registration and maintenance of Annex 24, ensuring traceability and compliance. * Fixed asset auditor (audit of fixed assets and electronic/physical files). * Electronic and physical file auditor. * Digital and automated processes for customs document management and shipment traceability. * Management and control of Rule 8th Regulations and Certificates of Origin. * Support and coordination of import and export operations. * Administration, registration, control, and implementation of changes in customs regimes and goods regularization. * Review and validation of customs entries in accordance with Customs Compliance requirements. * Validation of tariff classification and identification of customs and commercial documentation. * Review of the Carta Porte and supplementary documentation for carriers, traffic, and shipments. * Support in developing, updating, and implementing internal departmental procedures. * Support internal and external audits to ensure compliance with IMMEX programs. * Coordinates and leads communication with customs agents, carriers, and authorities. * Participate in projects aimed at optimizing operational and customs-related costs. * Manages effective communication with Mexican and U.S. customs agents and carriers. * Management of AAA certification compliance. Experience and Requirements * Bachelor's degree in International Trade/Logistics/International Business. * Advanced written and conversational English. * 5+ years of experience in import/export, customs, and logistics within the METAL MECHANICAL manufacturing industry (preferred). * IMMEX program, VAT certification, IEPS, I-Xport, Annexes 24 and 30. * Experience and knowledge in importation and exportation. * Experience and knowledge in customs and logistics. * Ability to process customs entries accurately and on time. * Knowledge of duty refunds and tax deferrals. * SUBMIT RESUME WITH RECENT PHOTOGRAPH * IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY (PREFERRED IF NOT CURRENTLY EMPLOYED) Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite Term Salary: $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per day Benefits: * Company parking * Discounted cafeteria service * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
