




Job Description and Responsibilities Basic US Customs Compliance, Special Programs 9802 and 9801; analyzes various tariff benefits and their application through procedures established in accordance with the department’s strategy (Eighth Rules, Free Trade Agreement, PROSEC). Audits customs documentation and validation procedures. Manages, implements, and maintains tax-related customs certifications (e.g., VAT/IEPS) and security certifications (e.g., CTPAT, OAS) across multiple countries, as well as those applicable to companies operating under the IMMEX program. Prepares requested reports and analyses on operations and established performance metrics. Supports all programs and initiatives related to internal labor regulations and company values. Experience and Requirements * Professional degree in Customs and Logistics, International Business, Administration, or a related field. * Basic knowledge of Google productivity tools. * 1–3 years of experience in import and export operations. * Required: Knowledge of Annexes 24 and 30. * Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English. — Preferred: 60%–80%. * Advanced understanding of material flow — Supply Chain. * Experience shipping apparel, textiles, drinkware, or similar products. * Preferred: Proactive engagement. * Ability to make decisions based on provided data.
