Description and details of responsibilities: Inspection and labeling of imported machinery and MRO, ensuring compliance with applicable foreign trade regulations, as well as accurate product identification according to the company’s legal and operational requirements. This includes validation of information such as serial numbers, commercial descriptions, and tariff classification, aiming to prevent inconsistencies during import processes. Experience and Requirements: * Currently enrolled in the final semesters of a Bachelor’s degree program in International Trade, International Business, Logistics, or related field. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * General knowledge of customs operations (import invoices, export documents, and customs entry forms). * Knowledge of customs administration of fixed assets. * Understanding of the importance of correct identification of machinery and equipment. * Familiarity with customs entry forms and virtual operations, regime changes, and regularization procedures. * Knowledge of Non-Tariff Regulations and Restrictions.
