





Description and details of responsibilities * Interact professionally, courteously, and kindly with both external and internal customers through any communication channel—written or verbal—and maintain a positive, service-oriented attitude at all times. * Process internal requests for product quotations and provide timely responses to customers. * Generate sample requests and coordinate delivery. * Manage customer documentation for system ERP onboarding. * Assist customers by verifying purchase orders, requesting necessary changes to process orders, and resolving order-related issues to ensure timely processing. * Provide pricing and delivery information and proactively follow up on customer requests. * Demonstrate strong ability to identify, analyze, and creatively resolve customer concerns while creating opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction. * Manage, organize, and prioritize workload to maximize daily task completion. * Develop appropriate solutions before escalating complex issues to management. * Answer standard product-related questions and provide product quotations to customers. * Learn, understand, and implement departmental policies and procedures. * Act as the liaison between customers, production, and/or shipping to address and resolve issues. * Maintain organized customer files by managing paperwork and updating customer information in the ERP system and other databases. * Perform all other assigned or requested tasks (e.g., generate quotation reports and open order reports). * Internally coordinate administrative process closures, month-end closing, submission of documentation to Accounting for material billing, and virtual closing with Import/Export. * Prepare all required documentation for material shipments (delivery note, invoice, packing list, waybill). Experience and Requirements Knowledge: Microsoft Office suite, invoicing, minimum one year of experience in customer service or similar role. Experience in manufacturing outsourcing operations (preferred). ERP system proficiency (ORACLE, SAE, SAI). Basic-to-intermediate English (preferred). Use of measuring equipment (preferred) (tape measure/Vernier caliper). Blueprint interpretation (preferred). Completed university degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Communications, Logistics, or Marketing. **Competencies:** Teamwork, stability, results orientation, attention to detail. **Skills:** Communication (verbal fluency, excellent diction, strong spelling and writing skills), process control, planning, organization.
