Job stability **Company:** TUTAMEN **Location:** Ciudad Industrial, Tijuana, B.C. **Job Description** A company specializing in the assembly of medical devices seeks an **Import/Export Coordinator**, who prepares and coordinates import/export documentation to ensure compliance with the exporting country’s regulatory requirements. Responsibilities \* 1\. Coordinates and prepares import/export documents, such as license determinations, etc. \* 2\. Reviews and ensures that invoices, shipments, and/or import/export documentation are accurate and comply with legal, governmental, and/or customs regulations. \* 3\. Calculates tariffs, fees, price conversions, weight, and volume of goods exported to/from destinations. \* 4\. Generates, files, and maintains shipment documentation to ensure compliance with accurate record-keeping requirements. \* 5\. Tracks shipment delays caused by documentation issues. \* 6\. Is responsible for executing, controlling, and supervising foreign trade operations (imports and exports). \* 7\. Reviews and compiles documents for foreign trade filing. \* 8\. Ensures timely shipment tracking to avoid additional costs. \* 9\. Communicates with transportation companies and customs agencies to ensure efficient foreign trade operations. \* 10\. Ensures all customs declarations remain under control and that backup copies are available (A1, V1, F4, F5, BO, BM, I1, C1\). \* 11\. Fixed asset management and control. \* 12\.\-Vucem \* 13\.\-Tracking IMMEX VAT certification subscription for a new company. \* 14\.\-Coordinate and generate DODA, BL validation. \* 15\.\-Responsible for Annexes 24 and 30\.
