




Position Summary: Ensure compliance with foreign trade operations by minimizing risks through the management of customs processes and procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end management of import and export processes. 2. Coordination with customs brokers, carriers, and freight forwarders. 3. Proficiency in foreign trade regulations and systems. **Position Objective:** Ensure that all the company’s foreign trade operations comply with current laws, regulations, and customs requirements, minimizing legal, financial, and operational risks through data captured in the system and procedures established by the company. **Specific Experience Requirements:** * Management of **import and export processes** (maritime, land, and/or air). * Registration and maintenance of Annex 24 and Annex 30, ensuring traceability and compliance. * Fixed asset auditor (auditing fixed assets and electronic/physical files). * Management and control of Rule 8th Regulations and Certificates of Origin. * Review of Carta Porte and supplementary documentation for carriers, as well as traffic and shipping departments. * Preparation and review of **customs documentation** (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, customs entry forms, bills of lading). * Coordination with **customs brokers, carriers, and freight forwarders**. * Tracking of **customs clearance and cargo release**. * Knowledge of **Incoterms and international trade regulations**. * Handling of **tariff classification and tariff headings**. * Use of **foreign trade systems** (SEER). * Verification that all operations comply with applicable legislation (SAT, IMMEX, NOMs, etc.). * Staying updated on customs regulations, treaties (USMCA, FTAs), and tariffs. **Experience and Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Engineering, Customs, Foreign Trade, or related field. * Annex 24 and Annex 30. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in foreign trade, customs, or logistics within manufacturing or maquiladora environments. * Proficiency in SEER. * Experience working in IMMEX companies. * Conversational English.
