Job Summary: We are seeking an Import-Export Advisor to manage and coordinate foreign trade operations within a solid and expanding corporate entity. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for an Import-Export Advisor to join our team and support the proper management and coordination of the company’s foreign trade operations. Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in International Trade or International Business. Technical Requirements: * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). * Proficiency in Annex 24 and Annex 30 systems (SEER Traffic, ZOE, I-XPORT, etc.). * General knowledge of foreign trade and the IMMEX program. * SQL knowledge. * Experience with the Importers’ and Exporters’ Registry, including sensitive goods. * One year of experience (import/export coordination). * Valid driver’s license. Skills and Competencies: * Reading interest and comprehension. * Time management. * Organization. * Effective communication. Main Responsibilities: * Compliance with legal and tax obligations before SAT, VUCEM, and CTPAT. * Coordination of certifications and procedures related to AEO, CTPAT, VAT/IEPS. * Management of Eighth Rules and permits via the SAT portal. * Handling of Glosa DataStage files and download processes under Annex 24. * Loading of BOMs and generation of Annex 30 reports. * Reconciliation of import/export customs entries. * Preventive audits and updating of regulatory procedures. * Customs traffic coordination and carrier management. * Inventory freezing and control. * Tracking and renewal of legal procedures.
