An international manufacturing company is seeking a **Trade Compliance Manager** to lead the foreign trade compliance strategy and ensure operations align with Mexican and international regulations. The position reports directly to the General Management and adopts a preventive, strategic, and audit-oriented approach, ensuring comprehensive compliance in: * IMMEX * VAT / Special Tax on Production and Services (IEPS) * Customs and tax compliance * Regulatory risks * Foreign trade traceability and controls. Requirements * Advanced English proficiency is mandatory. * Solid experience in Trade Compliance within the manufacturing/IMMEX industry. * Knowledge of: * IMMEX * SAP * VAT / IEPS * Foreign trade * Tax/legal compliance * Regulatory risks * Audits and controls. * Advanced Excel skills. * Experience interacting with international corporate entities. Salary: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
