




Description and details of activities • Execute tasks requiring knowledge and application of fundamental concepts and practices in corrective and preventive maintenance of machines, equipment, and facilities • Perform industrial electrical and mechanical work • Complete required forms and logs • Conduct failure analysis • Apply established safety and hygiene regulations to ensure proper operation of equipment and facilities • Participate in the development of projects and equipment improvements to optimize performance • Carry out other duties related to the position as directed by immediate supervisor • Maintain tools and assigned equipment in good condition • Program and modify PLCs, preferably using IDEC (not mandatory) Experience and requirements • Experience in programming and modifying PLCs, preferably using IDEC (not mandatory) • Minimum of 2 years of experience. Knowledge: • Industrial electricity, regulations, industrial mechanics, programmable logic controller programming, combustion, air conditioning, pneumatic systems, lubrication systems, automation, hydraulic systems, welding, computer software applications, design software (Autocad, Solid Word), electrical diagram and blueprint design. Skills: • Safe use of tools, diagnosis of general electrical and mechanical faults, handling of hazardous materials, time management, cost estimation and project evaluation, customer focus, proactive attitude, adherence to GOL program discipline.
