




Description and details of activities The purpose of the position is to strengthen the process-oriented management culture, promoting operational efficiency, document traceability, and the adoption of continuous improvement methodologies and organizational maturity. Ensuring standardization, documentation, and continuous improvement of organizational processes, guaranteeing they operate effectively, measurably, and aligned with corporate strategy. **Responsibilities:** * Collaborate in the design, documentation, and improvement of subprocesses using the BPMN 2.0 approach to ensure alignment with corporate architecture. * Develop and maintain instructional procedures and formats according to guidelines, ensuring traceability, version control, and timely updates of procedures. * Support the control of documented information, ensuring its availability, protection, and updating. * Apply improvement methodologies to identify root causes, eliminate waste, and optimize process efficiency. * Participate in the definition and monitoring of performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate process effectiveness, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement. * Collaborate with leaders and work teams to facilitate the adoption of new processes, promoting a culture of standardization and sustained improvement. * Develop materials, conduct workshops, and provide technical support to process owners to strengthen their competencies in process management and continuous improvement. Experience and requirements **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Desired postgraduate diploma or certification in continuous improvement methodologies or Lean Six Sigma. * English desirable. * Minimum of 4 years of experience in continuous improvement, processes, or management systems. * Experience in process design and standardization. * Proficiency in process modeling tools, data analysis, and performance indicator development. * Experience leading multidisciplinary teams at different levels with collaborative leadership. * Advanced proficiency in Office software suite. * Results-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and change management skills.
