Develop expertise in scientific molding principles and related equipment Responsibilities in this role include: * Learn and work to support the Injection Molding, Assembly, and Special Process facilities through hands\-on activities. * Work towards developing the people, processes, procedures, and equipment used in our operations. * Learn to evaluate equipment, make recommendations for improvement, and, when applicable, execute their own recommendations. * Learn and demonstrate how to quote and launch new injection molding, assembly, and/or special process equipment within North America. * Learn to understand scientific molding principles, eDART, and related equipment. * Expected to be very hands\-on and learn to work with our plants to improve equipment\-related issues that are impacting plant performance
