**Position Objective** Ensure the proper functioning of restaurant facilities through preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, hydraulic, and finishing systems (painting, tiles, drywall), guaranteeing safety, functionality, and good appearance of the space, while contributing to efficient business operations. **Requirements** * Education: Completed secondary or high school. Technician in electricity, plumbing, or maintenance (desirable). * Minimum experience: 1 year in general maintenance, preferably in restaurants, hotels, or retail. * Knowledge in: Basic and intermediate electricity, plumbing and hydraulic systems. * Installation and repair of drywall walls and ceilings * Application of paint and patching * Installation and repair of ceramic tiles * Use of manual and electric tools **Skills** * Proactivity and sense of urgency * Problem solving * Responsibility and commitment * Teamwork * Organization and time management * Attention to detail * Advanced plumbing knowledge. **Activities to perform:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical installations (changing lights, outlets, panel inspections, etc.). * Attend to and repair leaks, blockages, and failures in hydraulic and sanitary systems. * Apply paint and patching on walls, ceilings, and various surfaces. * Install and repair ceramic tiles on floors and walls. * Assemble, repair, and adjust drywall walls and ceilings. * Assist in the installation or relocation of electrical or plumbing equipment. * Maintain control of tools, materials, and supplies required for tasks. * Comply with safety, hygiene, and environmental standards in each intervention. * Provide timely response to operational staff reports regarding failures or damages. * Assist in coordinating with external providers when specialized work is required.
