Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Support professional to provide technical support to users, install and configure equipment, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance in a metal-mechanical manufacturing environment. Located at *Tijuana \- Rosarito 2000 Corridor, Tijuana, B.C.* We are looking for: **IT Support** Responsibilities: * Provide technical support to users for hardware and software. * Install and configure computer equipment. * Handle and follow up on tickets or reports. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. * Configure printers, email accounts, and access permissions. * Support network and internet-related issues. * Manage and maintain IT equipment inventory. Requirements: * Technical degree or bachelor's degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related field. * Experience in technical support. * Knowledge of Windows, Office, and basic networking. * Experience in equipment maintenance. * Service-oriented attitude and problem-solving skills.
