Bank reconciliation and verification of tax deductibility **Industrial company seeks an Accounting Assistant** **Purpose of the Position** To support the recording, control, and analysis of the company’s accounting transactions, ensuring compliance with current accounting and tax regulations, as well as maintaining up-to-date financial information for sound decision-making. **Main Responsibilities** * Record accounting transactions in SAP Business system (expenditure vouchers and journal entries) * Classify accounting documents according to their nature (expenses, creditors, suppliers, taxes, and payroll) * Verify correct tax deductibility of invoices received from creditors (SAT validation) * Register invoices received from creditors in SAP Business system and file printed copies * Comply with tax requirements for issuing and receiving tax receipts. Maintain orderly and updated physical and digital archives of accounting documents. * Track payments (pending REP) and advances to creditors and suppliers (invoices pending issuance). * Bank reconciliation: Verify and reconcile bank statements with expenses recorded in SAP Business; record bank commissions and VAT. * Extract UUIDs of expenses for DIOT reporting * Support implementation and improvement of internal accounting controls. * Assist in preparing the trial balance (reports on VAT withholdings, income tax withholdings, paid and collected VAT). * Monthly expense reconciliation and adjustment in SAP Business system. **Salary** * **MXN $15,000 gross per month** * Weekly payment **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Location** * Ignacio Allende 117, Zapata, 64390 Monterrey, N.L.
