




**Job Description and Responsibilities** * Supplier payments * Tax payments * Check processing * Bank reconciliations * Supplier balance reconciliations * Monitoring payment due dates * Supplier communication and support * Payment reporting and analysis * Daily budgeting * Using the Sage 50 accounting system * Managing Mexican electronic banking * Managing U.S. electronic banking **Experience and Requirements** * Technical degree in Accounting or Administration. * Fluent English proficiency (mandatory, 80% minimum) * Relevant work experience * Basic accounting knowledge * Electronic banking knowledge * Intermediate Excel skills (mandatory) * Supplier negotiation skills * Residency in Tijuana * Teamwork ability * Strong communication leadership skills Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $5,000.00 – $5,500.00 per week Benefits: * Cafeteria service * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
