**Position:** Quality Engineer **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field **Experience:** * Minimum of 1 year in roles related to quality assurance or quality control. * Experience in audits, process documentation, and quality metrics management. * In automotive, aerospace, or manufacturing companies, **Knowledge:** ISO 9001, Core Tools, auditing, quality metrics management **Skills:** data analysis, leadership, effective communication Ensure services meet established quality standards by identifying and resolving quality issues. * Conduct internal audits to verify compliance with quality standards * Identify areas for process improvement and develop action plans to optimize them * Prepare detailed reports on non-conformities and coordinate corrective and preventive actions. * Apply continuous improvement methodologies and tools (such as Kaizen, 5S, etc.) to optimize processes and reduce costs.
