




Description and details of activities Responsible for supporting Manufacturing and Electrical Test equipment, providing support in personnel training and feedback to production lines on equipment, as well as preventive maintenance of fixtures and the machines themselves. 1\. Responsible for keeping equipment in good condition according to maintenance programs. 2\. Development and validation of fixtures. 3\. Knowledge in failure analysis of electronic assemblies and soldering processes. 4\. Tracking failures resulting from board analysis and recording them in a database. 5\. Reading schematics (electrical diagrams) of products under test as reference for analysis. 6\. Providing basic training to test machine operators on handling and operation of equipment. 7\. Verifying versions or revisions of fixtures, programs, and necessary reference documentation required to carry out production line activities. 8\. Compliance with operational procedures and standards, as well as creation or updating of work instructions, TPM, checklists, etc. 9\. Supporting the Engineering department in New Product Introduction (NPI) or equipment validation through statistical studies (MSA). 10\. Knowledge in dispensing chemical products. 11\. Diagnosing, correcting, or validating equipment parameters on the production line. 12\. Coordinating internal/external calibration of equipment on the production line. Experience and requirements Technical degree (Electronics, Electromechanical, or Mechatronics). Previous experience with ICT test machines, robots, PLCs, or dispensing systems. "Knowledge of testing processes and PCBA analysis, and interpretation of diagrams. Proficiency with measurement equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope, LCR); MS Office proficiency. IPC 610, 7711\-21 certification; soldering iron handling and soldering process skills." Learning ability, communication, teamwork, proactive attitude, responsibility.
