What You’ll Do at Baxter: * Launch and manage RFPs/RFQs, conduct comparative analysis, and provide award recommendations. * Execute MIP initiatives and track milestones, savings, and validation with Finance. * Lead business awards and related contract management activities. * Coordinate tooling repairs and maintenance per budget process. * Manage supplier performance: delivery, quality, and service metrics; corrective actions. * Support operational continuity and handle escalations alongside the Senior Procurement Manager. What You’ll Bring: * Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related discipline (required). * 5–8 years of procurement/sourcing experience with RFP execution and awarding. * Proven success in delivering annual savings and service improvements. * Bilingual: basic oral and written English communication skills.
