1\. Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire after-sales cycle. 2\. Conduct detailed inspections of homes and apartments prior to delivery, coordinate with the customer the date/time of delivery, and maintain control of unit-specific checklists. 3\. Clearly explain to the customer the scope and validity period of each warranty policy offered by the company. 4\. Schedule, handle, and manage warranty claims for customers holding valid warranty policies, as well as operate and monitor the incident reporting and tracking system. 5\. Coordinate with technical and operational departments to resolve after-sales related issues. 6\. Develop and keep updated customer service and support protocols throughout the entire after-sales cycle. 7\. Monitor and periodically evaluate customer satisfaction levels. 8\. Represent the customer's voice within the organization and support customer retention and brand reputation enhancement. 9\. Address any community-related matters within the company's developments.
