As we continue being 'Here for you’, we’re looking for a Controller to join our Finance team. **Description and details of activities:** * + Monitor and control costs and budgets. * + Support Management in identifying errors and implementing corrective actions to minimize deviations from standards and achieve organizational goals effectively. * + Improve the accuracy of the company’s reported financial results. * + Period\-end closing in SAP. * + Monthly cost closing. * + Preparation of monthly closing reports. * + Monthly forecasting. * + Annual budget preparation and monthly variance tracking. * + Evaluation and monitoring of obsolete products, raw materials, and spare parts. * + Inventory adjustments monitoring * + Production cost analysis and preparation of management support reports (including improvement proposals). * + Optimization and enhancement of analytical tools, including process automation. * + Analysis and monitoring of investment projects (CAPEX). * + Product cost estimation to support the Sales Department. **Experience and requirements:** * + Bachelor’s degree Economics or Business Administration. * + Expertise in SAP R/3, SAP CO – Controlling, and Excel. * + English (B2\-C2\) * + Strong teamwork skills. * + Analytical thinking. * + Effective communication skills. * + Managing large volumes of information in an organized and decision\-useful manner. * + Promoting and sharing best practices.
