You will be responsible for attending to support tickets, providing excellent customer service, handling users and vendors, and collaborating with different teams across various areas. **Key Responsibilities:** ------------------------- * Provide IT technical support, resolving issues with Windows operating systems, maintaining hardware and software, and managing IT ticketing systems. * Diagnose and resolve problems associated with application software and operating systems; determine the source of problems and classify their level, priority, and nature. * Configure, deploy, maintain, and support computer workstations, laptops, printers, mobile devices, phones, and other computer and telecommunications equipment. * Install and support PC, laptop, tablet, and mobile hardware and software. * Collaborate with hardware and software vendors to ensure timely product delivery and installation. * Detail procedures, standards, configurations, settings, installation sequences, and back\-out instructions. **Qualifications:** ------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * 3\-5 years of experience in systems engineering or a related role. * Excellent problem\-solving and analytical skills. * Good communication and teamwork abilities. **Preferred Skills:** --------------------- * Knowledge of using the ServiceNow platform for handling and addressing support tickets, including crafting, updating, and resolving incidents. * Experience applying PPI (Practical Process Improvement) methodology to improve processes. * Demonstrable experience supporting printers within the organization. * Experience working in a manufacturing environment. **Environmental Conditions:** ----------------------------- Office environment with some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required, such as safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs, etc.
