Job Description We are seeking a candidate with experience in Technical Support. Responsibilities: - Diagnosis and repair of computer equipment, printers, multifunction devices, monitors, mice, keyboards, desktops, and laptops. - W10 and W11 image deployment on computer equipment and all-in-one (AIO) devices. - Documentation of failures, diagnosis, and solutions. - Resolution of service tickets related to IT computer equipment. - Compliance with service level agreements. - Return of parts and components. - Installation and monitoring of backup equipment. Requirements In cases where formal education is not available, equivalent experience in Technical Support will be considered, including knowledge of: - 1 year of experience in technical support for computer equipment. - Operating system image deployment on computer equipment and AIO devices. - Hard drive sanitization (Blancco). - Diagnosis and repair of equipment: Lexmark and Plustek printers, biometric devices, PIN pads, Macs, laptops, desktops, monitors, keyboards, etc. - Knowledge of structured cabling (copper, Category 6 and above). - Replacement of wall plates (faceplates), jacks, RJ45 connectors, and cable installation. - Familiarity with tools for node testing and cable crimping.
