The position is for Technical Support, and responsibilities include: Providing first- and second-level technical support to Apple users. Personalized customer service. Tracking completed services. Recommending additional services and promotions. Meeting performance metrics and indicators. We Offer: Gross monthly salary: $13,230.00 (salary adjustment and service commission).
