Store Assistant Manager Upcoming Opening: MacStore Multiplaza Santa Fe · Candidate Profile We Are Seeking: Education: Completed bachelor’s degree. Experience: Minimum 2 years managing teams, inventory control, and shrinkage management. Skills: Proficiency in KPI (Key Performance Indicator) analysis and interpretation. Solid experience in cash handling and register management. Passion for technology and sales. Attitude: Strong sense of responsibility and results-oriented mindset. Availability: Full-time (Monday through Sunday, with one weekday day off). · What Does a Store Assistant Manager Do at MacStore? Leadership: Effective supervision of assigned staff. Operations: Rigorous inventory control and cash handling management. Administration: Preparation of operational reports, administrative tasks, and submission of payroll or personnel-related incidents.
