Job Summary: We are seeking an Industrial, Electronics, or related Engineering professional to provide technical support for production, generate diagrams, visual aids, time and motion studies, design workstations, and resolve defects. Key Highlights: 1. Providing technical support to production staff regarding product requirements. 2. Designing fixtures, templates, workstations, and line layouts. 3. Investigating and resolving product defects and discrepancies. Description and Details of Responsibilities Under indirect supervision, performs activities requiring sound knowledge and application of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures in one’s engineering specialization—such as industrial, electrical, mechanical, mechatronic, or related fields. Experience and Requirements REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION REQUIRED: Electronics Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Intern, or final-semester student in engineering or a related field. LANGUAGE REQUIRED: Spanish / English preferred. EXPERIENCE: 1 year. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Provides technical support to production staff on product-related matters, including understanding product requirements and documented specifications. • Creates product flowcharts. • Develops visual aids to improve product understanding. • Conducts time studies, time-and-motion analysis, and line balancing. • Designs and drafts fixtures and templates required for product production or inspection. • Designs workstations and production lines; drafts layouts. • Participates in investigating and resolving product defects. • Investigates discrepancies between work orders and actual processes, documents correct resolutions, and reports findings. • Documents red lines and Engineering Change Requests. • Conducts assigned training for personnel on production processes and continuous improvement tools.
