




**Maintenance Engineer** **Description and details of activities** * Ensure the availability and reliability of plant machinery and infrastructure by planning and executing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance, managing spare parts inventory. * Ensure legal and safety compliance (STPS/NOM and Civil Protection) through plans, records, and evidence for electrical panels, fire alarm systems, and water/pneumatic networks. * Lead the technical team and coordinate with suppliers to eliminate recurring failures, optimize costs/energy, and support production goals. * Plan, schedule, and execute preventive maintenance of machinery and infrastructure using a master plan, asset-specific checklists, and a visible calendar. * Respond to and resolve corrective actions, prioritizing by operational criticality. **Experience and requirements** * Ability to communicate effectively with different levels within the company. * Intermediate conversational English. * Willingness to engage in dynamic work. * Willingness to participate in new projects. * Flexibility to travel when necessary, change shifts as required by work, or handle situations outside regular working hours. * Ability to comply with and enforce safety measures in their assigned area. * Ability to lead work teams, delegate responsibilities, and achieve goals. * Focused on continuous improvement and needs assessment. **Benefits** * Benefits according to the Federal Labor Law
