If you are a student from the 8th trimester onward, we have 2 projects you can participate in—apply now! ***Coils Project:*** **Engineering Intern will participate in:** * Generate drawings in SolidWorks/Inventor, fixtures, or tools. * Development of MJI and troubleshooting of processes and equipment. * CNC documentation support internship. * Tracking tooling fabrication and testing. * Suggest improvements in programming. * Modeling, simulation, and control of production processes. * Participation in planning and designing automation solutions. * Creating specifications and visual aids. * Support in labor review (time observations). * Line functionality testing. ***Manufacturing Project:*** **Engineering Intern will participate in:** * Continue Project Coils automation * Continue application of robot in coil manufacturing process. * Track tooling manufacturing and testing. * Suggest programming improvements or addition of sensors. * Develop MJI and troubleshooting of process and equipment. Experience and Requirements **Coils Profile:** * Student pursuing a degree in Engineering: * Mechatronics. * Electromechanical. * Electronics. * Mechanical. * Aeronautical. * Industrial. * Skills in: * AutoCAD or SolidWorks intermediate-to-advanced. * Intermediate English (70% spoken and written). * Proficiency in Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). * Positive attitude. * Strong desire to learn. * Knowledge of mechanical systems. **Coils Activities:** * Document creation. * Electrical installation. * Support improvement projects. * Support equipment integration. * Time studies. * Layout creation. **Manufacturing Profile:** * Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Aerospace or similar major. * Basic programming in any language. * Basic drawing interpretation. * Intermediate to advanced English. * Knowledge of mechanical systems.
