Experience and Requirements * Currently enrolled engineering student (Industrial, Mechatronics, Electronics, or related field). * Intermediate English level (able to read and understand technical information and communicate effectively in a professional environment). * Interest in learning about manufacturing processes and engineering change management. * Basic Excel knowledge and data handling skills. * Eagerness to develop proficiency in tools such as SAP, JIRA, or similar systems (prior experience is not required). * Proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and willingness to work collaboratively.
