We seek a professional with sound judgment, strategic sensitivity, and communication experience—someone who understands both institutional and commercial language, and who can execute content aligned with pre-defined strategies while adding value during implementation. **What You’ll Do?** As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for executing, managing, and optimizing the digital content of our brands and clients, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with established strategies. Your main responsibilities will include: * Developing monthly content calendars aligned with brand objectives, campaigns, and strategic guidelines. * Writing creative and strategic copy, adapting tone according to client type (institutional, commercial, etc.). * Scheduling and managing posts on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and WordPress. * Closely tracking the editorial calendar, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. * Managing the digital community: responding to messages and comments, and fostering engagement. * Actively collaborating with Strategy Managers in implementing digital strategies. * Participating in content planning, proposing innovative ideas and trends. * Actively collaborating with the creative team (design, photography, and video) to ensure content consistency and quality. * Contributing proposals and ideas to strengthen strategies. * Monitoring performance metrics and generating reports with actionable insights. * Proposing continuous improvements. **Who We’re Looking For?** **Requirements:** * Education or experience in Communications, Marketing, or related fields. * Experience in digital content management. * Knowledge of the public sector (governmental, institutional). * Experience in the private sector / commercial brands. * Excellent writing and spelling skills. * Ability to adapt tone based on audience and context. * Organization, attention to detail, and efficient time management. * Teamwork skills. **Desirable:** * Knowledge of digital trends and audience behavior. * Proficiency with scheduling and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, etc.). * Visual judgment and basic understanding of brand aesthetics. **What We Value at Nortem** * Proactivity in contributing * Commitment to quality and detail **How to Apply?** Send your CV and portfolio to: Subject: Community Manager.
