Team Overview: The primary function of a Hunter is to prospect new customers through rigorous fieldwork, frequent face-to-face meetings, cold calls, and other methods that promote and generate interest among potential clients. The Hunter must plan and execute persuasive strategies to onboard top accounts within the market while collaborating closely with mid- to senior-level management, operations managers, and restaurant staff. Therefore, we seek individuals with deep market knowledge and outstanding sales skills. Role Responsibilities: * Prospect clients, diagnose their requirements, and build a value-driven solution for each. * Identify and collaborate closely with decision-makers at our business partners. * Establish commercial relationships with partner restaurants, building and fostering long-term, win-win partnerships. * Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data accuracy. * Conduct precise, personalized follow-ups with each client. * Understand and internalize DiDi’s mission and purpose to continuously improve company performance. * Meet and exceed the expectations and commitments of our partners by delivering excellence in service. * Develop action plans and ensure their implementation and achievement of established goals. * Visit restaurants to identify their needs and track alliance opportunities to meet performance metrics and sales targets.
