




Job Summary: Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of climate control systems, diagnosing faults, performing installations, and ensuring proper performance and comfort. Key Highlights: 1. Expert HVAC system maintenance for optimal performance. 2. Diagnosis and resolution of malfunctions in air conditioning equipment. 3. Ensures thermal comfort and energy efficiency. * **Perform** Preventive and corrective maintenance of air conditioning, ventilation, and exhaust systems, **in order to** ensure their proper operation and extend equipment service life. * **Diagnose** Technical malfunctions in packaged, mini-split, and central air conditioning units, **with the objective of** implementing timely solutions and minimizing downtime. * **Install** Air conditioning units, ductwork, controls, and associated electrical components, **to ensure** safe installations compliant with technical specifications. * **Verify** Correct performance regarding temperature, pressure, electrical consumption, and operational controls of equipment, **to ensure** thermal comfort for guests, staff, and operational areas. * **Apply** Cleaning, adjustment, and calibration procedures for air conditioning and ventilation equipment, **to maintain** energy efficiency and compliance with environmental standards. * **Record** Maintenance activities in logbooks, work orders, and established systems, **to maintain** a historical record and facilitate technical tracking. * **Comply** With safety regulations, personal protective equipment usage, and refrigerant handling protocols, **to prevent** accidents and comply with current regulatory requirements. * **Coordinate** With external vendors and other operational departments when specialized work is required, **to guarantee** proper execution of major services or special projects. * **Report** Non-standard conditions, obsolete equipment, or parts replacement needs, **to prevent** critical failures and support maintenance planning. * **Respond to** Reports and requests related to climate control in guest rooms and common areas, **to ensure** a satisfactory experience for guests and internal users.
