We are seeking to hire a **Technical Support Engineer**, whose main responsibilities will include technical support for hardware and software, identification and correction of application software errors, equipment replacement, system imaging, and data backup. **Main Responsibilities:** * Remote and telephone technical support to end users. * Assignment of tasks and incidents via ticketing system. * User assistance. * Follow-up on assigned activities. **Essential Knowledge:** * Experience in on-site support, basic configuration of routers and switches, LAN networks, Wi-Fi, IP, IP telephony, and Windows servers. * Knowledge of equipment replacement and data backup. * Software configuration (Office). * PST file backup. * Experience with file recovery tools. * Deployment of predefined system images. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Systems or Development (internship, incomplete, or completed). * One year of experience in remote or on-site technical support. * Availability to work on-site and rotate shifts (24/7). **Soft Skills: Problem-solving, teamwork, effective communication.** **We Offer:** * Vacation days exceeding statutory requirements: 15 days starting from the first year. * 100% nominal salary. * Vacation bonus of 50%. * Agreements for certifications and continuing education. * Opportunities for growth and development. * Savings fund.
