Position Summary: We are seeking a Preconstruction Coordinator to ensure proper planning and execution of pre-construction processes prior to project commencement, while controlling costs and schedules. We are looking for a **Preconstruction Coordinator**, responsible for ensuring proper planning and execution of pre-construction processes prior to project commencement, guaranteeing integration of the executive project, cost control, and adherence to schedules. **Responsibilities:** * Comprehensive review of projects during the preconstruction phase. * Cross-checking of executive drawings against the approved budget. * Integration of executive projects (architecture, structure, and installations). * Development and monitoring of schedules and critical path. * Quantity takeoff and unit price analysis. * Risk identification and mitigation proposals. * Coordination with designers, contractors, and internal departments. * Support in subcontractor procurement processes. * Tracking of change orders and cost control. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in preconstruction, planning, or project coordination. * Experience in vertical construction projects. * Proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, and drawing review. **Technical Knowledge:** * BIM (preferred) * Unit pricing * Value engineering * Construction risk management **Required Software:** * MS Project * AutoCAD * Revit * Excel * Neodata / Opus * Enkontrol (preferred) We look forward to learning about your talent—apply now!
