(among others). **JOB DESCRIPTION: OFFICIAL CARPENTER** **FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Read blueprints, drawings, and sketches to understand and fulfill requirements * Safely and efficiently operate hand and power tools * Take measurements and calculate size and quantity of required materials * Build and install interior and exterior finishes, including trim, moldings, paneling, doors, and windows to achieve a polished, professional appearance * Fabricate, assemble, and install furniture and carpentry structures according to blueprints, technical specifications, and quality standards * Select wood based on size, strength, and project budget for carpentry or cabinetmaking projects * Take measurements and prepare job sites for carpentry work * Repair and maintain furniture **SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:** * Practical experience working with carpentry materials * Creativity and innovation * Excellent knowledge of carpentry techniques and installation and construction methods * Commitment to quality work * Proficiency in using power and hand tools and measuring instruments (e.g., power saws, hammers, rulers, etc.) * Teamwork * Proactivity **WE OFFER:** * Statutory benefits (year-end bonus, vacation days, social security coverage from day one) * Salary increases * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company-provided mobile phone * Career growth opportunities Job type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $3,500.00 per week Benefits: * Salary increases * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms * Additional vacation days or paid leave Work location: On-site employment
