Responsibilities * Coordinate and monitor IT development projects. * Lead development teams (internal and/or external). * Analyze business requirements and translate them into technological solutions. * Ensure adherence to project timelines, scope, and quality. * Implement best development practices and agile methodologies. * Manage system incidents, enhancements, and maintenance. * Document processes, progress, and project outcomes. * Coordinate testing, releases, and production deployment. * Collaborate with other departments for system integration. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in Systems, Computer Science, IT, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in software development and/or IT project management. * Experience coordinating development teams. * Knowledge of databases, APIs, and software architecture. * Analytical and problem-solving skills.
