Job Summary: Comprehensive accounting support, including transaction recording, bank reconciliations, accounts receivable and payable, tax management, and monthly closings. Key Responsibilities: 1. Daily accounting transaction recording and tracking 2. Active management of bank reconciliations and accounts receivable/payable 3. Support in tax calculation and financial closing * **Transaction Recording:** Entry of revenue, expense, and journal vouchers into the accounting system (Odoo and/or Contpaq). * **Bank Reconciliations:** Matching bank statements against internal records to identify discrepancies. * **Accounts Receivable and Payable:** Tracking outstanding invoices, managing supplier payments, and overseeing collections. * **Tax Management:** Supporting monthly tax calculations (VAT, Income Tax) and preparation of informative tax filings. * **Document Filing and Control:** Physical and digital organization of fiscal receipts (CFDI), contracts, and case files. * **Monthly Closing Support:** Participation in preparing basic financial statements (Balance Sheet and Income Statement). * **Payroll Calculation Support** Salary: $16,000\.00 \- $30,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
