Job Summary: Input real estate appraisals, review documentation, design architectural plans, and issue technical reports, supporting the supervisor. Key Responsibilities: 1. Architectural drafting and plan design using AutoCAD 2. Technical and valuation analysis of real estate properties 3. Interpretation of technical and legal documentation Input real estate appraisals in accordance with current regulations, conduct market reviews and comparable analyses, and generate architectural plans. Main Responsibilities: Review documentation and accurately input it into the platform. Design and draft architectural plans using AutoCAD. Interpret deeds, plans, cadastral certificates, and technical documents. Issue technical reports and substantiate valuations before authorities if required. Maintain up-to-date project files and technical documentation for each property. Possess knowledge of architecture or engineering. Skills: Attention to detail Technical and valuation analysis capability Strong writing and communication skills Organization and time management Social media management Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and AutoCAD.
