We are seeking an **Accounting Analyst** to help us maintain accurate and reliable financial control. Your role will be critical in ensuring proper accounting and administrative management of the company, supporting the recording, control, and archiving of documents, as well as preparing financial reports to ensure efficient resource management. Your key responsibilities: * Accurately record accounting journal entries in the company’s software in accordance with applicable regulations, ensuring appropriate tax documentation for each transaction conducted by the company. * Contribute to various administrative processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and issuance of fiscal invoices (CFDI). * Provide information for preparing financial and administrative reports, and support requests from the Manager and Controller. * Calculate tax obligations for assigned companies. * Prepare working papers for federal taxes, update monthly analytical schedules for informative returns, and perform the annual calculation of Income Tax. * Monitor tax payment deadlines and retain proof of submission and payment. * Ensure timely filing of notices, informative returns, and the annual tax return. What do you need? * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. * Experience: 2 years in general accounting. * Knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in general accounting practices. * Analytical ability and attention to detail. * Familiarity with Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIF) and preferably banking regulations.
