**Position:** EHS Technician **Hours:** Monday to Thursday 6:00am to 6:00pm **Work Location:** Calle Saturno, Col. Planetario 22034, Tijuana BC **Salary:** $19,000 to $25,000 **Specific Knowledge:** \- Validate information, results, and follow-up on resulting actions \- Implement methodological evaluations for determining risk levels of routine and non-routine activities \- Carry out investigation protocols for injuries, accidents, and near misses according to internal policies and legal compliance \- Ensure dissemination of safety topics, promote participation and execution of training, including involvement of leaders and applicable personnel. \- Evaluate, document results and corrective actions for elimination, substitution and/or risk reduction. \- Regulations related to OSH \- Identification and risk assessment \- Ergonomics **Requirements:** Academic Level: Engineering English: Intermediate EC0217\.01 Continuous improvement Problem solving **Knowledge:** \- Mexican official standards from STPS NOM010,011, 05,018,020,022,01,02,004 and SEMARNAT 001,002 \- Root cause investigation methodologies, Ishikawa A3, 8Ds, 5W's \- Ergonomic analysis, Brief Best, OCRA, RULA, REBA or similar, as well as safe manual handling of loads. **Specific Competencies:** \- Situational adaptability \- Manages conflicts \- Effective communication Type of position: Full-time Salary: $19,000\.00 \- $25,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site
