Oversees day\-to\-day machining operations, organizes, and manages the necessary resources to fulfill the production plan. **Job Requirements** **ACTIVITIES:** 1\. Advises and participates in decision\-making for new projects. 2\. Requests materials and tools for part machining and evaluates suppliers. 3\. Organizes an activity schedule to meet delivery deadlines. 4\. Supervises training and evaluation of personnel in their area, recommending appropriate development plans. 5\. Supervises and coordinates production activities, manufacturing, repair, modification of fixtures and injection molds, cutting tools, within estimated timeframes and according to quality standards. 6\. Supervises and ensures maintenance is properly performed. 7\. Coordinates, analyzes demand, and executes contact production. 8\. Ensures discipline and order in the work area. 9\. Participates in and promotes Continuous Improvement, Safety, and Communication programs. 10\. Coordinates the transfer of responsibilities between shifts. 11\. Provides support in extraordinary activities required by their supervisor. 12\. Ensures proper management of payroll and overtime. 13\. Knowledge of programming for milling machines and CNC lathes (MasterCAM). **REQUIREMENTS:** 5 years of prior experience as a machinist Prior knowledge of programming Experience in precision machining. Precision machining. Intermediate English Personnel management KPI management, Quality Management System Ability to interpret blueprints and use measuring instruments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical thinking and problem\-solving focus. High level of responsibility and commitment.
