




At JD Group Logistics, we have over 35 years of experience and 23 years of presence in Baja California and California, providing security, trust, and comprehensive logistics solutions through solid infrastructure and cutting-edge technology. **Location:** Blvd. Licenciado Héctor Terán Terán, Valle del Alamar II, Fracc Residencial, 21042 Tijuana, B.C. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage payments, deposits, and transfers through banking portals. * Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accurate records. * Coordinate supplier payments and follow up on guarantee deposits. * Administer and control petty cash funds and advances. * Prepare and record accounting entries related to treasury. * Create cash flow projections and financial analyses. * Support monthly accounting closing and assist during internal and external audits. * Clean up accounting accounts and ensure compliance with financial policies. **Requirements** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, or related field. * Experience: 2 to 3 years in treasury, payments, bank reconciliations, or general accounting. * Software: Proven experience with CONTPAQ Accounting and CONTPAQ Banks. * Tools: Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, reconciliations) and proficiency in Word and Outlook. * English: Intermediate level (minimum 50%). * **Key Competencies:** * Organization and attention to detail * Analytical thinking and problem-solving * Sense of urgency * Teamwork and effective communication **We Offer** * Punctuality bonus (5%). * Grocery vouchers. * Life insurance. * Savings fund (3\.5%).
