Job Description and Responsibilities
**Responsibilities:**
* Lead and drive continuous quality improvements within cross\-functional teams (CFT)
* Support Failure Analysis (FA) reports for new product introductions and transfers
* Manage and follow up on customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution
* Act as the main point of contact for customers on quality\-related topics
* Review and approve documentation in PFS and Agile systems
* Support material disposition and control within MRB processes
* Generate Quality Alerts and coordinate containment actions (purges) as needed
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with quality standards
Experience and Requirements
* 5\+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer in SMT and selective soldering processes (or similar role)
* Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
* Strong knowledge of SMT, through\-hole, and conformal coating processes
* Expertise in IPC\-A\-610 standards; Internal Auditor certification is a plus
* Experience with non\-conforming material management (FPY, PPMs), and problem\-solving methodologies (8D, FMEA, Control Plan, MRB)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially with customers
* Strong teamwork, ethics, and sense of responsibility
* Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment with a sense of urgency, including flexible shifts if required
* Knowledge of Agile, PFS, Power BI, and LN systems is a plus
