**GRUPO TRUPER and Fix Stores**, a company dedicated to the manufacturing and marketing of tools, with nationwide coverage, is seeking: **Electromechanical Technician (for tool repair)** As a repairer of electric and combustion-powered tools, you will be responsible for supporting maintenance and repair of equipment such as chainsaws, drills, polishers, lawn mowers, pumps, generators, etc. Additionally, you will provide technical support to our customers to improve their use of tools. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Experience in preventive and/or corrective maintenance * Experience in repairing tools, household appliances, or related fields * Experience in customer service * Availability to work from Monday to Saturday (8-hour shifts) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Customer service, including receiving the equipment, performing diagnostics, conducting repairs, and returning it to the customer * Providing sales-floor advisory support to customers * Cleaning and organizing the workplace, as well as common areas of the branch (rotating weekly) * Inventory control * Preparing operational reports **WE OFFER:** * Starting at $13,500 MXN monthly or more, depending on experience in the field (paid weekly on Fridays) * 100% IMSS registration * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Punctuality bonus * Productivity bonus (in addition to base salary) * Transportation allowance: $600 MXN monthly * Grocery vouchers: $600 MXN monthly * Anniversary bonus * Life insurance * Savings fund * Credit union * Professional and career growth SERVICE LOCATION: Blvd. Gustavo Díaz Ordaz 12730, Jardines de La Mesa, 22126 Tijuana, B.C.
