Submit your profile** Branch Managers in CENTRAL ZONE (Centro, Playas, Soler) and SOUTH ZONE (Pabellón, Santa Fe) **Objective:** Ensure the efficiency of entry-level, intermediate, and advanced staff members at their branch, focusing on achieving goals and objectives through supervision of tasks assigned by the Branch Manager. **Requirements:** * Gender: Unrestricted * Flexible availability for scheduling * Experience in sales and supervising personnel **Skills:** * Personnel management * Merchandise management * Proficiency with computer equipment * Teamwork * Knowledge of cash register closing procedures and inventory management **Job Responsibilities** * Maintain full staffing levels at the branch * Foster a positive and motivated work environment * Plan staff training sessions * Develop action plans to achieve sales targets * Keep inventory updated and well-organized * Develop an action plan to maintain complete staffing levels * Administer and assign staff work schedules * Prepare and submit incident reports to pre-payroll * Open and close the branch according to the assigned schedule **We Offer:** * Weekly base salary * Statutory benefits * Excellent growth opportunities * Positive work environment * Timely payments **Schedule:** * Rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday, with mid-week days off; two shifts are operated Monday through Saturday: 8:30 AM–4:30 PM or 12:30 PM–8:30 PM; Sundays: 9:45 AM–5:45 PM or 11:15 AM–7:15 PM **If you meet these qualifications, don’t hesitate to send your CV** Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $11,000.00 – $18,200.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Employee discounts * Option for indefinite-term contract Application Question(s): * Which neighborhood do you live in?
