* Review tariff classifications with the customs broker
* Responsible for submitting information to the Advisory Firm
* Supervise Layout using the Foreign Trade System
* Cost setup, BOM setup
* Setup of new part numbers
* Supervise daily imports (definitive, temporary components, temporary raw materials, and regime changes)
* Supervise manifest delivery; supervise physical and electronic files
Experience and requirements
Degree in International Trade or related field (recent graduate or incomplete degree acceptable)
Minimum two years of experience in the field
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (mandatory)
Experience using a foreign trade management system
Proficiency in handling the TIGIE (General Import and Export Tax Tariff)
Knowledge of Certificates of Origin
Knowledge of logistics
Preparation of export invoices
Processing of import documentation
Preparation and implementation of regime changes
Physical file management
Electronic file management
Submission of reports to advisors
Requesting Certificates of Origin
Updating information in the cloud
Requesting services from the customs brokerage agency
Tariff classification
Development of operational processes
For registration with regulatory authorities
Communication with U.S. customs brokers
