Foreign Trade Supervisor 1\. **Objective:** Supervise, review, analyze, and support the company's foreign trade (import/export) operations through application of current customs legislation, with the purpose of complying with tariff and regulatory requirements under customs, quality, and corporate satisfaction parameters. **Experience:** 3\-4 years as a foreign trade supervisor in a maquiladora industry or similar position. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field, or verifiable experience. **Responsibilities:** Support cross-border operations and Annex 24 invoicing (imports/exports). Monitor import timelines to enable timely preventive and corrective actions. Validate correct determination of customs regimes according to operational needs. Coordinate and verify updates and implementation of the Annex 24 system. Determine and manage, before competent authorities, authorizations and/or permits required for the company’s imports and/or exports. Execute tasks related to C\-TPAT certification. 1 Administer the customs inventory control system (Annex 24\). Maintain accuracy of physical inventory versus customs entry balances reported to SAT. Keep updated changes in finished product and subassembly structures compared to MRO/MRP systems. Keep updated costings for finished products and subassemblies compared to MRO/MRP systems. Keep updated tariff classification information, as well as FDA data and/or export requirements from CBP (Customs and Border Protection) and/or corporate entities. Administer and reconcile the customs inventory control system. Responsible for analysis, reconciliation, and timely submission of account settlements for SAT credit and guarantee accounts (Annex 31\). Analyze opportunities for continuous operational improvement and propose interdepartmental integration initiatives. Provide support for activities necessary to ensure material flow.
