Description and details of responsibilities We are seeking a **Product Development Specialist** to provide technical support to the R&D team in innovation projects, product validation, and prototype development. **Key responsibilities:** * Conduct and document product, raw material, and sample testing. * Perform laboratory analyses (reverse engineering, competitive benchmarking, and technical reports). * Prepare prototypes and samples in the laboratory and on production lines. * Provide technical support during line validations as the R&D representative. * Coordinate sampling of raw materials and finished products. * Support technical demonstrations and presentations for customers. * Create and maintain technical specifications and R&D documentation. * Manage records and materials on digital platforms (e.g., SharePoint). * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper execution and tracking of tests. Experience and requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Natural Sciences, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field (mandatory). * Advanced English proficiency. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Laboratory and/or hygiene product knowledge (preferred). * SolidWorks or AutoCAD (preferred). * Academic experience, internships, or initial professional experience in R&D or product design.
