Description

Position Summary: This role is responsible for end-to-end material management—from requisition and receipt through classification, fulfillment, and disposition—supporting manufacturing and service lines. Key Highlights: 1. Manages material requisition and fulfillment for production lines. 2. Assists in receiving, stacking, and classifying manufacturing kits. 3. Handles and ensures compliance with controls for hazardous materials. Generates material requisitions and fulfills service lines MIN\-MAX. 2 Assists in receiving, stacking, arranging, and classifying materials from manufacturing kits. 2 Requisitions consumables and tools from tool crib and fulfills manufacturing and service lines. 2 Identifies, cleans, and verifies raw material containers on manufacturing and service lines. 2 Provides data to the service material planner for completing FORM\-064, used for disposition of scrap originating from manufacturing. 2 Delivers material from service lines to the recycling area. 2 Uses software to search for, download, and print work instructions applicable to the product. 2 Fulfills pallets to packaging and gaylor areas for recyclable material. 2 Delivers reworked sub\-assembly material to the warehouse via F\-301\. 2/3 Performs physical return of F\-104 material from manufacturing lines. 2/3 Physically disposes of hazardous waste scrap. 3 Fulfills, safeguards, and ensures compliance with controls for handling and storage of hazardous materials. 3 Performs cyclic counts of materials. 3 Executes tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor according to departmental and company needs.
