Job description and activity details **Maintenance Technician A** **Job description and activity details** * Possesses extensive experience in the maintenance and repair of production equipment, including hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic, and mechanical systems. * Responsible for completing daily assigned work orders and carrying out the preventive maintenance schedule. * Performs repairs on production equipment by identifying and resolving malfunctions. * Handles installation and construction tasks related to maintenance as required. * Assists in diagnosing failures in machinery and equipment; develops and coordinates activities from the project list. * Prioritizes safety at all times both inside and outside the production floor. * Strictly follows job specifications and task checklists to ensure efficiency and quality in work performed. Experience and requirements **Experience and requirements** * **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years of electromechanical maintenance experience, preferably in industrial environments. * **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent, preferably with technical certification in electromechanics or related fields. * **Skills:** Solid knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, as well as maintenance of complex industrial equipment. Ability to interpret electrical schematics and mechanical diagrams. Experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical problems. Welding ability, use of diagnostic tools, and PLC knowledge will be valued. ***Other requirements:*** Ability to work in a team, effective communication skills, and a meticulous approach to performing maintenance tasks. Rotating shift capability and availability are preferred. Experience with injection molding machines.
