Job Description and Activity Details * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical installations at 220 V and 480 V. * Conduct tests using measuring instruments (multimeter, clamp meter, etc.). * Thermal maintenance: Inspect and replace heating elements in the barrel and die. * Air system: Maintain the cooling ring and blowers to ensure bubble stability. * Haul-off mechanics: Inspect the tower, collapsing rollers, and automatic winders. * Clean and repair pneumatic pumps. * Maintain drying tunnels. * Calibrate and sharpen rotary or impact blades. Adjust the sealing bar to ensure envelopes do not open. * Maintain glue applicators/nozzles. * Replace electronic and mechanical components (relays, gaskets, bearings, wiring). **Daily and Periodic Activities** * Startup Checklist: Verify air pressures, oil levels, and emergency stop functionality before starting shift. * Preventive Maintenance: Execute lubrication schedule, clean air filters, and inspect electrical panels. * Troubleshooting: Respond to floor emergencies to resolve issues such as weak sealing, unstable bubbles, or registration failures. * Spare Parts Management: Report inventory of critical parts (heating elements, belts, bearings, blades). Experience and Requirements Minimum 2\-3 years in plastic conversion plants (preferably blown film extrusion and bag-making). **Education:** Technical degree in Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or related field. * Industrial electricity and control (motors, variable frequency drives, sensors). * Basic pneumatics and hydraulics. * Heating systems (heating elements, thermocouples, pyrometers). * Precision mechanics (roller alignment, gears, blades).
